Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups ripe tomatoes peeled and chunked

1/2 cup onion chopped

2 ( 4-oz cans) diced green chiles

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon coriander

1/2 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon vinegar

8 ozcan tomato sauce

Directions

Whiz all in food processor - very briefly. Serve or refrigerate.

Notes: A summer or fall treat! Good over egg dishes or as a dip for tostadas.
